Also Highly Recommended - To protect your travel costs & fees,
yourself and your belongings:
" Comprehensive accident, medical, baggage and trip cancellation/interruption
insurance. http://www.insuremytrip.com or contact our preferred
provider CSA travel insurance, has been found to be a reliable,
top-notch travel insurance company with excellent customer service.
Mention Dolphin Connection, LLC.
We strongly recommend that each guest purchase comprehensive accident,
medical, baggage and trip cancellation and interruption insurance
when space is reserved. Trip insurance will protect you from financial
disappointment if you are prevented from making your scheduled
trip due to illness or family emergency, or in the event that
unforeseen circumstances prevent the vessel from making its scheduled
trip. In the highly unlikely event that it is necessary to cancel
or interrupt a charter due to weather or any matter beyond the
control of the M/V Wind Dancer and therefore Conscious Breath
Adventures or The Dolphin Connection, there will be no refund
or credit issued.
Passport & Tourist

and all nationalities that will be flying to the Dominican Republic
via the United States.
As mentioned previously, all tourists must purchase a visa/tourist
card at a cost of $10.00 U.S. at the Dominican Republic Airport.
Canadian travelers may be provided with this visa/tourist card
before leaving Canada. Visitors who do not obtain a visa/tourist
card prior to entry must purchase one at the airport when they
arrive in the Dominican Republic.

Fuel & Port Fees
Fuel Surcharges are mandated by the Wind Dancer mini-cruise ship.
If The Dolphin Connection is advised of a change in the US$100
Fuel Surcharge, we will inform you immediately. The change would
be based on gas prices, in 2008.
Sanctuary & Port Fees of the country of the Dominican Republic
are subject to change and are to be paid in U.S. cash, after you
arrive on the boat. Approximately US$250.
Dietary Requirements
The menu will include options for omnivores and vegetarians. The
vessel will try to accommodate special dietary requirements, but
due to logistical and facilities limitations, it may not be able
to accommodate those with the most sensitive requirements. With
decades of experience in the industry, the chefs understand the
needs of a wide range of diets, and will do their best to address
those needs. If you have special food requirements, be sure to
include them on the trip application; you may also wish to bring
your own hard-to-find food items for special needs. Snacks are
served in the afternoon between meals.
Thank You!
