Thousands of hours in the ocean with whales has led me to deep communications about their life on Earth: their roles, their intelligence, their migrations, their attitudes, their sensitivities, their greater purposes on our planet. The whales are deeply spiritual, highly intelligent entities. Their wisdom exceeds ours by thousands of years. We can barely relate to who they are because their understandings of Earth and humanity comes from a vast point of view taking us beyond three dimensional earth time. They know the Big Picture. If you ever doubt this, just spend some time with them in the ocean and you will feel their harmonic sounds and heart-centered transmissions. It is communicated directly into your own heart, your own higher intelligence. Peace settles over you in their presence. Vibration is their expertise and they involve you into it. Since we are also vibrational matter beings, we can receive their frequencies and change our lives due to these advanced frequencies.

One of the messages from the whales is that they value Life. They cherish life and the Earth. What does that mean? It means that they always make decisions in their personal ethics that supports keeping life alive. The life of humans, the life of all sea and land animals and mammals, the life of the Earth including the eco-systems that preserve the Earth such as the plants, birds, reptiles, insects, barnacles, plankton, etc., etc.

Because of this, their behavior when examined closely has a larger plan to assist humanity to also care about all living things. And the whales take action to bring forward these tendencies in humans. Entering our hearts with love, they hope that people will be so appalled by the killing of whales and dolphins, that our race will rise to the challenge of protecting life on earth and prevent these deaths and the subsequent deaths due to all the species that will become extinct if the cetaceans die.

Here is a message from the whales as an example of what they do:

In the fall of 1988, the entire world came together, in peace, for a wonderful cooperative experience. Two adult whales and one baby whale were entrapped by approaching ice in the Bering Strait. For a few miraculous days, rescuers from Russia, the United States, Norway and other countries, worked together as sisters and brothers to save these whales.
Representatives from many countries offered ideas about how to keep the whales from suffocating beneath the freezing ice. A hole was cut in the ice so the whales could breath. But how could we tempt the whales away from that one breathing hole to another one and another one so they could again enter open water and be free and safe? Before the whales were freed, the baby whale died from extreme exhaustion.

The whales said that they triggered this event to raise awareness that international unity and cooperation were possible.

We are interested in you. We brought the world together for only a short time but it was worth it. We even gave up a life for it. It was worth it.

Look what you (the human race) did. You did not kill us, but freed us. You all came together for LIFE, not for technology, but for life ----- not for gain, for politics or money, just for life. That was enough.
What you did was wonderful. It was exactly what we hoped for.

The baby (whale) did not mind leaving. The baby whale did not mind flying. The baby will be back. The baby did much. He wanted you to know that we were serious.

The baby was part of our effort to accelerate peace in the world. Every event in time changes irrevocably, countless other events. If that had not occurred exactly as it did, then other things would have changed. The movement towards world peace and unity would have decelerated.

We knew and we were teaching you. You were teaching us, too. It was wonderful. If you can be together for one day, you can be together for many days. And if you can be together for many days, you can be together always. Do you understand what we mean? We wanted to show you it can be done. And you saw that it can be done. It can be done for us.
You can all come together for living things - not for money or ideologies, but for life, for the pure holiness and sweet sacredness of life. For that you can come together. You can be idealists and realists. You can change. You ARE changing. You are being changed. We beam information to you all the time. We influence you. This is our freedom. This cannot be done without your permission. Thank you for your Call. We share this freedom together.

In March 1998 the US Navy performed testing of the LFAS system off the shores of Kona, Hawaii. They entered the whale sanctuary and emitted their deadly sonar into the waters where the Hawaiian Humpback whales come every winter to mate and give birth. There were many babies at that time. The whales all died or they left the area. It is difficult to know what happened to them since these whales sink to the bottom of the deep ocean when they die and are never seen again. We observed very few whales in the area after the arrival of the Navy ship.

Law suits to prevent this were thwarted. One Whale Watch company tried to stop the Navy by suing them for loss of income. The Navy sonar caused the whales to leave and thereby created a severe financial crisis for them. This suit was delayed in the court dockets until the Navy left and the judge could then rule, "it was a moot point" since the whale season was now over.

What could we do? Those of us who live here in Kona, love the whales and think of them as our family. Would you want your family to be subjected to this? In the end there was only one thing we could do. Groups from our community protested by locating the Navy vessel, the Cory Chouest, and entering the water ourselves to prevent them from using the sonar array.

Day after day, people with binoculars searched the horizon for the ship the Navy had hired, the Cory Chouest, and contacted the volunteers at my home. The local boat captains then picked up the volunteers for the day and at their own expense for the gas, we quickly found the ship. The fact that the Navy could not use this system while a human was in the water within two miles, is a clue as to it's inherent danger to dolphins and whales who are more than ten times as sensitive to this proven lethal technology.

Before entering the ocean, we radioed the ship and told them we were going into the water. "We are now putting swimmers in the water." We made sure they knew we were there and we were putting ourselves in harms way along with the whales. Our lives were endangered, but if the whales were going to die, we would die too.

We could hear the throbbing sounds of the military equipment in the ocean. We have recordings of it. When we entered the water, the Navy turned it off. Throughout that month we were able to stop the sonar from being used around the west coast of the Big Island. Eventually the Navy ship left.
Some of us who live here did get sick and had to receive medical help. One of my friends still suffers from the after effects of this lethal sonar array.

For me personally there is a connection between the Dolphin Rings crop circle reported on August 12 near Alton Barnes, and the Extraterrestrial Face/Coded Disk crop circle near Winchester, U.K, reported on August 15. It relates to the safety of the earth.

There is a lie being told by the U.S. Navy, that the huge dangerous infrastructure of low frequency sonar being deployed around the earth is to protect us from enemy submarines. If that is true, then why is this sonar to be used in 80% of the worlds oceans instead of near mainland America? What enemy is there who is an enemy of the whole world?
Through my on-going communications with the dolphins and whales, I have learned that this sonar weaponry is being deployed worldwide to prevent our brothers and sisters from neighboring planets from traversing Earth's oceans. This may sound unusual to some people, but I have learned that they are considered "the enemy." I know a number of military personnel who have witnessed visually and with radar tracking systems the ultra-advanced spaceships entering and leaving the ocean. You can find many well-documented stories and pictures of this by military personnel themselves, on my website and others. www.ETfriends.com Certain large brained whales such as the Humpbacks and Sperm whales are in contact with these off-worlders who frequent our oceans and may even be living in the oceans of the world in self-contained living environments beyond the purview of our technology.

The two crop circles, mentioned above, say that Earth's three-dimensional, human world is converging with the worlds of the cetaceans and the galactic nations. A cycle in history has been completed and a new one now begins. The dolphins and whales and our earth are at risk from unnatural and uncontrolled sonar waves that are targeting our E.T. friends. The message on the E.T. disk crop circle has been translated and confirmed by decoding experts as follows:

"Beware the bearers of FALSE gifts & their BROKEN PROMISES.
Much PAIN but still time. BELIEVE There is GOOD out there.
We OPpose DECEPTION.
Conduit CLOSING (BELL SOUND)"

This is how the translation is decoded, with certain letters capitalized. The binary code shown in the disk has other layers of meaning yet to be revealed. Regardless of how this image was created or, why anyone or any being was guided to create this crop circle, it is sending us a message and I am grateful.

The Crop Circle communication/revelation tells us that the weaponization of our oceans and of space is rationalized as being for our good - a defensive plan to protect Earth. In fact, this is a military act that aggressively targets Underwater Flying Objects (UWFO) aka Underwater Submersible Objects (USO) in our air and oceans. This truth is not known by many of the soldiers, sailors and pilots who operate the weapon systems. They are not told the real reasons for this destructive high decibel sonar. The ruling, covert, decision-makers are implementing their personal goals to keep people in the dark regarding the presence of friendly E.T. intelligences on planet Earth who wish to befriend us.

When I look at these special August 2002 crop circles, I see the gentle energy of dolphins encircling the earth. I see our patient E.T. friends, representing their peaceful cultures, watching over us without interference. They are waiting for us to create peace in our lives and on our planet. The ETs are standing by. They will not interfere (unless we decide to destroy the earth and negatively affect our entire solar system.) They are waiting for us to acknowledge the truth of their presence and for us to reach out in friendship. When we do, as a world civilization, we will learn about technological solutions and methods to end poverty, starvation, the energy crisis, illness, food shortages, intercultural blocks, old debilitating programs and many of the problems that plague the earth. We will develop a multicultural space and peace industry that inspires our children to express their innovative and altruistic nature.

It is time to release the belief in separation - the bad guys and the good guys. The decision for world peace is the responsibility of all of us. We have all created this world and now we are choosing to create it in a different way. By choosing honesty, love and integrity in our personal, individual lives, we make that choice for the world also. To value the sacredness of life above all else… as the whales have demonstrated to us.

By no longer condoning war, revenge and deception, we begin creating a new government, a new United Nations, a new world that serves all humanity on planet earth. We are one living planet among billions in the Universe. Together, we are continuing our process of conscious evolution as we choose the Path of Compassion.

Let us assume that aliens exist and visit Earth on a regular basis. What would be the best place for them to build a secret base? Seabed would be the best option. The oceans cover two-thirds of the planet. The ocean remains virtually unexplored. We have a much clearer picture of processes that occur on the Moon than we have of things that happen deep under the surface of the sea. As it turns out, reports about certain mysterious undersea incidents arrive steadily. Those incidents are reported by naval officers who have excellent technical expertise and credentials.

UFOs appear to be far more at home in the ocean than we are. They seem to regard it as an element barely distinguishable from air and, except for an apparent interest in sampling it, they treat it with indifference. They have been seen flying into it and emerging from it at full speed. Observations of strange subsurface luminous discs suggest they may even live under it. Their neighbors in the ocean are the whales and dolphins. They are not at war, they are friendly and much more neighborly than the human race.

Bill Hamilton writes "What secrets lurk in ocean depths? Are there alien forms of intelligent life that occupy the vast volumes of water that constitute our oceans, seas, and lakes?" The largest of our oceans, the Pacific, covers 64,000,000 square miles and reaches a depth of 36,198 feet, a depth that no ray of sunlight ever reaches. Could these depths hide alien submarine bases?

Underwater UFOs have been sighted on many occasions lifting out of their submerged depths and taking to the air. In an article entitled "UFOs - at 450 Fathoms," UFO Reporter Ed Hyde told of the sighting made by Dr. R. J. Villela, a Brazilian scientist, who saw a UFO smash through an estimated 40 feet of ice at the South Pole and soar into the sky at amazing speed.

It was author and researcher Dr. Ivan T. Sanderson who suggested that aliens could remain undetected by building their bases beneath the world's oceans. Dr. Sanderson found that by actual count, over 50 percent of the UFO sightings had occurred over, coming from, or plunging into or coming out of water. This includes oceans, seas, lakes, and reservoirs. Of the oceanic UFOs (some term them USOs or Unidentified Submersible Objects), one was tracked by the U.S. Navy near Puerto Rico in 1963. Of course many of these objects have been tracked over Puerto Rico since that time. On a training maneuver, a sonar operator detected a sub aqueous object traveling at over 150 knots! The technicians tracked this object for four days and it maneuvered down to the incredible depth of 27,000 feet. Submarines of 1963 could not dive further than a fraction over a mile into the ocean deeps. What kind of submersible could withstand the tremendous ocean pressures? And how could it overcome the tremendous resistance of water moving at such incredible speeds?

For some time I have known that there are visitors or residents from civilizations beyond Earth living within our seas. The dolphins and whales have made this clear to me.

In addition, I have on occasion, personally witnessed UFOs entering and departing from the ocean. It is safe to assume that an advanced civilization with vehicles that are capable of deep space travel will also be capable of operating under water. Both conditions require completely self-contained systems aboard the vehicles. Space beings who prefer to observe us and assist us unseen, would wisely use the ocean environment for their base.

One day, much to his surprise he was brought aboard an extraterrestrial spaceship where he witnessed many things including large pools for cetaceans. He willingly returned onto the ship by invitation over the next two days, finding the alien-looking people friendly and interesting. He kept appointments with them to meet the ship in the woods at 2:00 PM. Where he was brought into their aerial home. Here are 2 of the pools he subsequently drew and faxed to me, knowing about my work with cetaceans. These pictures of what he witnessed on the giant disk-shaped vehicle are of space ships equipped with pools for dolphins. If you look at the large windows around the outside of the ship, you can see whales passing by. It seems apparent that the ship is underwater. Kinsley drew the scenes within the ships exactly as he had seen them. It was significant to me because the dolphins had communicated to me in the past that they are in contact with extraterrestrials and they enter the underwater vehicles to communicate information about the oceans to the ETs.

If this seems strange to you, take a moment to realize that the dolphins have very advanced sonar skills and abilities of telepathic communication (as has been revealed repeatedly in captive situations when one dolphin communicates a behavior, desired by the trainers, to another dolphin telepathically and the dolphins then all display the behavior spontaneously. It is what we call 'pod mind.' Do you think advanced extraterrestrial civilizations have the same telepathic abilities as the dolphins? I do. Does it seem unusual that they would communicate in this way with the masters of the ocean? Not to me. This is why I believe that the ETs and the Cetaceans work together for the good of Oceania.

Remember that the oceans and seas cover over three quarters of the surface of the globe. Although we as a human race are just beginning to explore reefs and other formations that contour the ocean floors, ETs with their advanced technology have been using the seas as their home base for centuries or longer. From there, they measure and monitor levels of natural spiritual/physical evolution and devolution, the life-force of the ocean, electromagnetic waves, chemical permutations, military weaponry and nuclear energy on the planet.

That which you call a grid and which you saw through the eyes of the Higher Self can not be seen by the ordinary eyes for although as human beings, one's eyes are suitably equipped to function within a wide range of frequencies, they are nevertheless limited to the ultra-high ranges in which we exist. This is why most of our craft and ourselves seem often to be invisible. Yet we exist in what is to us quite a wonderful realm of existence. Had we not wished to be revealed to you, and even though your perceptiveness had been raised, you would have been unable to see the image or record the activities. We have allowed this to be documented so that such activities may be shared with your closest friends according to your discretion. It has already been known that a so-called grid system has been positioned in this locality. It is an extension from the common grid, which circles the Earth. This network has been placed under water and within the Earth eons ago and is constantly under repair. This is a requirement brought about by the continual advancement of Earth 's technologies and due to the earth movements. In brief, the main purpose of the grid is to enable our craft to more easily track accurately to any mapped position on the Earth globe, whenever the urgent necessity of our presence is required, whether this be requested by Humans or not, for we take our commands from the governing Universal Spirit Source. We have placed ultra-sensitive equipment upon certain grid locations, which you have envisaged as pyramid shapes. These adhere to the grid sections using our form of electro-magnetic force fields, which transmit information to us on matters, which would be of little interest to you or any Human Being at this time. Let us assure you however, that because we are in service to the Divine Source, no harm will be caused. All of you are dearly loved unconditionally and it is the hope of all that before too long, in your linear time, we will become united caring for each other, the cetaceans and for all of the creatures of life upon the glorious globe of Earth.

Science reveals that the Earth holds more water beneath her surface than all of the water we map on the surface. In a press release dated March 7, 2002 Japanese researchers from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, stated that they conducted experiments in their labs that indicate there may be more H2O deep underground than in all oceans, lakes and rivers on Earth combined. In fact there appears to be five to ten times as much water in the Earth than on the surface. This truly makes us a water planet. Who are the masters of this underwater world?

UNDERWATER UFO WITNESS ACCOUNTS

The sightings of UFOs traversing the ocean are not new. On June 18, 1845 according to the Malta Times (Malta is a group of islands in the Mediterranean south of Sicily. A British colony until 1964) "….we find the brigantine Victoria some 900 miles east of Adalia, when her crew saw three luminous bodies emerge from the sea into the air. They were visible for ten minutes, flying a half mile from the ship. This occurred in 1845.

"There were other witnesses who saw these same UFO phenomena from Adalia, Syria and Malta. The luminous bodies each displayed an apparent diameter larger than the size of the full-moon!

"On 22 March 1870, in the equatorial waters of the Atlantic Ocean, the sailors of the English corvette Lady of the Lake saw a curious object (like a cloud in the sky). It was a cloud in a Lenticular form with a long tail, and it ADVANCED AGAINST THE WIND. This form was visible for an hour, wrote Captain F.W. Banner in the ship's log. The drawing by Banner in his log looked extraordinarily like a flying saucer."

There are thousands of these reported sightings, many with pictures as well. In addition there are reports of bases off the coast of different countries, such as northern South America; Puerto Rico; Russia; under the North Sea; Scotland; Patagonia Coast, Argentina; Azores Islands, Portugal; Spain; Canaries; Canada; Japan; USA; Dominican Republic; Spitsbergen, Norway; Newfoundland and others.

For example in July of 1967, a Dutch multinational businessman was contacted in the Oostscheld, below Amsterdam, by extraterrestrial beings who said they came from a place called IARGA, some 11 light years from our sun as we calculate distance.

They were observing us from underwater and they allowed this man to visit the spacecraft units underwater location. This is a very well documented case filling more than 400pages of a book called "UFO Contact From Planet IARGA."

Commander Graham Bethune, U.S. Navy (retired) was flying his military plane from Iceland to Newfoundland on February 10, 1951 when he saw a UFO coming out of the water. He was about 300 miles from his destination, when …
"We saw a glow on the water like approaching a city at night. As we approached this glow it turned to a monstrous circle of white lights on the water. Then we saw a yellow halo, small, much smaller than whatever it was launched from. It was 15 miles away."

He continues to describe this sighting, as the UFO approached his plane and flew alongside it.
"We could see the craft. It had a dome, we could see the corona discharge ……"

Many highly credentialed military and corporate witnesses of UFO activity presented their sworn testimony at the National Press Club on May 9, 2001 in Washington DC, sponsored by the Disclosure Project. These are our true heroes who are willing to come forward and tell the truth. One of these people is Dan Willis, U.S. Navy. He worked in the code room of the communication station in San Francisco. He received a priority message, classified as Secret, from a military ship near Alaska.
"The ship reported (seeing), emerging out of the ocean, near port bow, a brightly glowing, reddish orange elliptical object approximately 70 feet in diameter. It shot out of the water traveling at about 700 mph. This was tracked on ships radar and substantiated."

Often these bases are located near areas of deepwater basins, such as the Puerto Rico Trench not far from the sanctuary of the Humpback whales in the Caribbean that we visit every year.

There is a reason why the dolphins and whales are calling us to these specific areas for swimming with them in the ocean. They are bringing us to these places where unexplained underwater lights and sudden releases of fine ash and debris, stream from unknown structures below. I have witnessed this, along with other guests who are swimming with me in the water.

I have learned about these places because the dolphins and whales have "called" me to swim with them there. I have swam with the cetaceans in the oceans and rivers of Hawaii, Bahamas, Azores Islands-Portugal, Canary Islands, Silver Bank-Dominican Republic (near the Puerto Rican Trench), India, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Belize, Peru, Egypt, Israel, South Pacific Islands and many other locations.

Looking at this list, you will see that many of these places have confirmed military underwater bases established there, such as AUTEC in the Bahamas (see more below). Just as we often receive reports of UFOs over military bases on land, could it be that the Underwater E.T. vehicles are observing our Underwater bases as well. And the cetaceans are also there to assist. It is a well know fact that the U.S. Navy captured and experimented with dolphins and small whales, such as pilot whales, to learn about sonar and how to apply it to their warships. Does it then seem so implausible to think that the highly intelligent ETs would not also remain in contact with the cetaceans to garner their underwater expertise? In the case of the extraterrestrial-cetacean contact it appears to be a friendly one, since the dolphins are not adverse to assisting them.

Taking this to the Big Picture, I understand that the dolphins and whales have brains that are more active then our own. That is, they have evolved in the water to become a species that has certain capabilities we have not yet achieved. What is their goal on Earth? Why are they here? They always seem interactive and kind to the human race. They are certainly not our enemy. When we look at the Big Picture, the goal is the continued evolution of life on earth to greater expressions of compassion and kindness. These altruistic qualities that would then make us compatible with other civilizations beyond our own.

The dolphins and whales are helping us by educating scientists, military personnel, scholars and oceanic swimmers to the possibilities of higher evolution. They do it through love and we all feel that love as we meet with them. It is a powerful frequency.

As they die in the oceans, the people of the world object to this needless slaughter. Hopefully, people will now defend our oceans and keep them clean and clear so we can survive on this wonderful planet, spiraling in space. The oceans are our main source of oxygen. We need healthy oceans to live here. All the ocean animals are part of the eco-system that supports the life of the ocean. The cetaceans and the benevolent ETs are helping us become aware of what is taking place beneath the waters of our ocean planet. Now it is up to us to stop the abuse that creates killing machines for people and wild life. This is the Big Picture for the cetaceans and the benevolent ETs on Earth.

The U.S. military has authorized the construction of technology, remotely controlling unmanned vehicles that are traveling underwater, traversing our oceans. These are fast moving oceanic homes for robot warriors and some humans. The underwater vehicles are warships and aircraft carriers. These giant warships contain hidden pools within, from which unmanned submarines are deployed and returned, unseen by most human eyes. Their weapon systems include vertical-launch missiles, ultra precise, which can shoot down or target incoming rockets, cruise missiles and unidentified flying objects (UFOs)

According to an article in a Popular Science magazine (February-March, 2008), last year aerial drones flew 258,502 hours of missions and the costs for these unmanned aircraft systems by the U.S. military is expected to be $3.76 billion by 2010.

Who is the U.S. military targeting? The Low Frequency Active Sonar is deployed into the oceans of the world using lethal decibels of brain shattering frequencies. According to an Exxon executive I know, it is a level far beyond anything normally needed for detecting underwater objects, oil deposits, schools of fish, submarines. The U.S. Navy is unchecked, going far beyond "Search and Discovery" in deploying these weapons of mass destruction in the ocean. Most of the details of these warships are in Classified intelligence archives dating back at least five decades.
Have we had a chance to vote on whether or not we want to weaponize the ocean?

The United States Navy's "Rock-Site" concept calls for placing large, permanently manned installations deep beneath the bed of the ocean. Such facilities could be tens or even hundreds of miles out to sea. Tunnels can be driven beneath the sea floor, extending hundreds of miles up and down the Atlantic, Pacific and Gulf of Mexico coasts. The tunnels could originate on land and extend out under the ocean for many, many miles. Alternately, a manned undersea base could be constructed beneath the sea floor with no connection with land whatsoever. The technology to do this has existed for decades.

Unknown to most people, the whales and dolphins are accidental victims of this war technology which I believe is aimed at our Star Nation (ET) friends. Most whales and dolphins sink unseen to the ocean floor when killed. Hundreds, thousands, hundreds of thousands are missing. Perhaps it is not accidental. Is there some reason the dolphins and whales pose a threat to the status quo? Is there some covert reason why NOAA does not want people to swim in the ocean with dolphins and whales and communicate with them?

I encourage you to read this enlightening message from Matthew from the book: "Revelations For A New Era," which tells of the Whales' critical value to Earth.

S: Why did you say the oceans are the saddest places on Earth?

MATTHEW: Because they are the home of the whales and the dolphins, the most intelligent and most spiritual souls on the planet, yet their homes have been defiled by intention and carelessness, and their inhumane treatment is an indelible mar on the nature of Earth's human civilization. The cetaceans' energy is as sacred as human energy insofar as individual souls and their oversoul entirety, but their homes have been gravely polluted and their lives brutally ended.

S: Matthew, did I receive that correctly -- did you say cetaceans are more intelligent and spiritual than humans?

MATTHEW: That's what I said, Mother, but I should have stated it more precisely. It is the species-wide phenomenon that cetaceans are higher than humans in spiritual and intellectual energy attainment. I didn't mean that never has any human on Earth achieved or exceeded that level. Some exceptional humans have. Certainly Jesus the Christ and Buddha the Christ are exalted above that high level.

You may remember when we were talking about Earth animals coming here that I said the entire whale energy on Earth doesn't come, only enough to create the human-whale energy bonding here. Well, the rest of that pristine life force goes forward in soul growth after its Earth service, and it transitions more rapidly than humans through this realm on to higher
frequencies for soul evolvement.

S: That's quite a revelation, Matthew! Recently I heard that some whales have shown what seems to be an interest in friendliness with humans. Do you know anything about that, and does it have any significance?

MATTHEW: Yes, I do, and yes, it has major significance. That attitude of the whales is showing the great difference between former and current human-cetacean contact. The improvement has come because of vibrations being raised within the human framework. That rise in vibratory rate is evidence of the light beings' successful efforts to raise your frequency at cellular level so you can ascend in physical bodies along with your planet into fourth density dimensions. The energy of whales and dolphins also is helping the planet raise its vibrational frequency in preparation for that ascendance.
The whales' recent activities that signify less fear of humans is proof that the increase in light energy on Earth is lessening the influence of the dark forces. The mass destruction of whale life that once prevailed, and the pockets of determination to still consider whales as only commodities, was and is a direct influence of the dark forces. Their decreasing influence no longer is having the effect of fracturing the energy bonding between humans and cetaceans.

It was the fracturing of that energy bonding that permitted the slaughter of whales. Their intelligence and spiritual evolvement was once recognized and respected by humans, but it became hidden from conscious memory as the
energy bonding between the two species was relentlessly attacked by the dark forces. Their aim was more than to stimulate the capacity for brutality in the nature of humankind. The dark forces also wanted whale presence on the planet to disappear entirely, and they influenced humans to do their dirty work. Whales anchor light energy beamed at the planet from distant light sources, and their holding pattern of that energy within the ocean depths and vastness eludes the power of the dark forces, which cannot be attuned to that wavelength.

If the whales were gone, so would Earth's major light energy anchoring source be gone. Without the anchoring of the light energy, its presence on Earth cannot be steady. If the light cannot be dependably maintained, its healing influence ebbs and flows and cannot be strengthened in intensity or scope to heal and preserve the life force of your planet, which is desperate for the light.

Only if all anchors of light on Earth are extinguished can the light itself be vanquished, and only then can the dark forces claim the dead planet as their prize. That planetary death would have come long ago if extraterrestrial agencies had not come to the rescue of Earth by directing light energy to your life forms while the anchoring power of whale energy was holding the light steady. Without their invaluable service, this is what would have happened:

Whales would have outlived all other life forms because the ocean depths would have safely harbored some of them. The few survivors would have continued for a while anchoring non-disrupted light energy through the force carried by that energetic connection from this realm and well beyond into universal connections. While that would have preserved the whale energy through transmutation, it would have allowed the planet to perish.

The reason that did not happen is, God decreed that Earth shall NOT perish, but shall be revived to radiant health once again. Earth is more than a small planet in an ordinary solar system in a minor galaxy among the billions in our universe. The planet once was one of God's own favorite placements. It actually was the paradise named Eden. Its radiant aura and pristine beauty made it a showcase in this part of the universe, where it was a testament to the power of God co-creating with Creator in love and light energy. Your planet then was the antithesis of all that the forces of darkness had made to plague the universe, and the conquest of Earth became their objective.

Now you can see why elimination of whale life has been one of the major strategies and a goal of the dark forces' influence on Earth. It is to counter that negatively-aimed energy that some humans have been inspired by spirit to save the whales from extinction. Their efforts are being assisted by the light energy that has motivated them to act bravely and steadfastly. The current comeback in whale numbers is specifically for the upraising of energy vibrations during these years of Earth's transcendence from negativity, woes and deprivations, and for allowing the light of Earth to heal the planet and all its life forms.

For many years, professor Chris Parsons has been tracking the patterns of mass whale strandings around the world. In his most recent paper, "Navy Sonar and Cetaceans: Just how much does the gun need to smoke before we act?" Parsons and his co-authors bring together all of the major whale and dolphin strandings in the past eight years and discuss the different kinds of species that have been affected worldwide. They also strongly argue for stricter environmental policies related to this issue.

"Generally, if there is a large whale stranding, there is a military exercise in the area," says Parsons. "Sonar is killing more whales than we know about."

Parsons is a national delegate for the International Whaling Commission's scientific and conservation committees, and on the board of directors of the marine section of the Society for Conservation Biology. He has been involved in whale and dolphin research for more than a decade and has conducted projects in South Africa, India, China and the Caribbean as well as the United Kingdom.

Though Parsons believes that there is a good chance the U.S. Supreme Court will rule in favor of the Navy, he thinks there is a chance for a win-win situation on both sides.

"If the Navy uses proper mitigation efforts, it can still perform its exercises and affect less of the whale population," he says. However, he argues they need to avoid sensitive areas completely, and have trained, experienced whale experts as lookouts when performing these exercises-"not just someone who has watched a 45-minute DVD, which is sadly the only training most naval lookouts get with respect to finding and detecting whales."

Even with all these efforts, however, Parsons worries that sonar is affecting many more whales than we even know about. "Eventually the Navy may have to reconsider the use of certain types of sonar all together. They could be wiping out entire populations of whales, and seriously depleting others."

... a clandestine program begun by the U.S. Navy involving a technology known as LFAS. If successful, LFA sonar will be able to detect submarines by boradcasting low-frequency sounds that at 10,000 times more powerful than the ATOC transmissions. The problem -- for whales, that is -- involves the power of the sound signals. Each loudspeaker in the LFA system's array can generate 215dBs. That's as intense as the sound produced by a twin-engine jet fighter at takeoff. And some mid-frequency sonar systems can put out even more -- more than 235 dBs.

... Opposition to the project has been led largely by the nonprofit Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), which reveald that the system had already been field-tested and plans were to deploy it in 80 percet of the world's oceans.

If you've ever seen a submarine movie, you probably came away with a basic understanding of how sonar works. Active sonar systems produce intense sound waves that sweep the ocean like a floodlight, revealing objects in their path.

Some systems operate at more than 235 decibels, producing sound waves that can travel across tens or even hundreds of miles of ocean. During testing off the California coast, noise from the Navy's main low-frequency sonar system was detected across the breadth of the northern Pacific Ocean.

By the Navy's own estimates, even 300 miles from the source, these sonic waves can retain an intensity of 140 decibels -- a hundred times more intense than the level known to alter the behavior of large whales.

The Navy's most widely used sonar systems operate in the mid-frequency range. Evidence of the danger caused by these systems surfaced dramatically in 2000, when whales of four different species stranded themselves on beaches in the Bahamas. Although the Navy initially denied responsibility, the government's investigation established that mid-frequency sonar caused the strandings.

After the incident, the area's population of Cuvier's beaked whales nearly disappeared, leading researchers to conclude that they either abandoned their habitat or died at sea. Similar mass strandings have occurred in the Canary Islands, Greece, Madeira, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii and other sites around the globe.

Many of these beached whales have suffered physical trauma, including bleeding around the brain, ears and other tissues and large bubbles in their organs.

These symptoms are akin to a severe case of "the bends" -- the illness that can kill scuba divers who surface quickly from deep water. Scientists believe that the mid-frequency sonar blasts may drive certain whales to change their dive patterns in ways their bodies cannot handle, causing debilitating and even fatal injuries.

Stranded whales are only the most visible symptom of a problem affecting much larger numbers of marine life. Naval sonar has been shown to disrupt feeding and other vital behavior and to cause a wide range of species to panic and flee. Scientists are concerned about the cumulative effect of all of these impacts on marine animals.

Even the Navy estimates that increased sonar training will significantly harm marine mammals more than 10 million times during the next five years off the U.S. coast alone.

NRDC has been a leader in the battle to regulate sonar use and protect whales and other species from its harmful effects. In 2008, a case filed by NRDC against the U.S. Navy was heard by the U.S. Supreme Court.

These stranded whales had evidence of fat embolisms, and "severely disseminated microvascular hemorrages:, which means that they had blood around nerves, eyes and brains, and in their ears, lungs, kidney and spleen. Not every whale had all the symptoms. They might have survived, but thoroughly discoriented and suffering from multimple injuries, they blundered ashore, at least giving the scientists in the Canary Islands the clues to tell us all what happened.

In 2000, Marine Biologist, Ken Balcomb discovered a rare Beaked whales stranded outside of his summer house in the Bahamas. His subsequent investigation into the cause of the whale deaths that had occured there led him to a startling conclusion. He became convinced that Navy sonar drove them to their deaths. A joint United States/United Kingdom Agreement signed in 1963 with the concurrence of the Bahamian Government, enabled the United States to develop this area of water and certain territory on the east coast of Andros Island, readily accessible to the TOTO, and there install equipment to build three offshore test ranges. Under this agreement, the U.K. Royal Navy has equal access to the test facility.
The Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) range systems provide accurate underwater and in-air tracking for both firing platforms and targets using a variety of acoustic beacons and sensors. By taking advantage of the growing maturity of underwater acoustic telemetry, AUTEC can also provide two-way digital data communications with submarines operating at speed and depth. Systems already under test have demonstrated reliable, secure, two-way data transmission over several nautical miles at data rates exceeding one kilobit per second (Kbps). While this is neither wide-band nor long range, it adequately supports the current requirement, and expected advancements will bring higher data rates and longer ranges in the future. (11-12-08) 19:00 PST -- Threats to national security are more important than possible harm to whales and dolphins, the Supreme Court ruled Wednesday in lightening restrictions on the Navy's use of sonar in anti-submarine training off Southern California despite its potential effects on undersea creatures.

The ruling, the first of the court's 2008-09 term, accepted the Navy's arguments that the limitations would hinder vital exercises in the use of sonar to detect enemy submarines. The restrictions, imposed by lower courts, would have required the Navy to reduce or halt underwater sonar pulses when marine mammals might be nearby.

"Forcing the Navy to deploy an inadequately trained anti-submarine force jeopardizes the safety of the fleet," Chief Justice John Roberts wrote in the majority opinion. The resulting damage to the Navy and the public interest, he said, outweighs the injury that environmental groups that challenged the use of sonar might suffer from "harm to an unknown number of marine mammals that they study and observe."

The ruling - endorsed by six of the nine justices, and in part by a seventh - overturned decisions by a federal judge in Los Angeles and the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco restricting sonar use during training exercises scheduled to end next month.

The court kept its ruling relatively narrow, however, and did not address the legality of an order by President Bush in January seeking to remove all legal restrictions on sonar by exempting the Navy from environmental laws. The judge in Los Angeles ruled that the order was invalid.

The case was also limited by the Navy's decision to challenge only two of the six restrictions on sonar use that the lower courts imposed. One unchallenged restriction, which remains in effect, bans the Navy from using sonar within 12 miles of the coast.

"It's gratifying that the court did not accept the Navy's expansive claims of executive power," said Richard Kendall, an attorney who represented the Natural Resources Defense Council and other environmental groups in seeking to maintain the restrictions.

Joel Reynolds, a lawyer with the same organization, said the ruling would have little effect on the Navy's one remaining anti-submarine exercise off Southern California. He also noted that the Navy is preparing an environmental impact report for future anti-submarine training, which he said had been the plaintiffs' main goal all along.

After 10 years of litigation, he said, "we have seen significant progress."
Navy officials declared victory.

"This case was vital to our Navy and our nation's security," said Navy Secretary Donald Winter. "We can now continue to train our sailors effectively, under realistic combat conditions, and certify our crews 'combat ready' while continuing to be good stewards of the marine environment."

The Navy has used sonar for 40 years in anti-submarine training off the Channel Islands and nearby coastal areas. Environmentalists say scientific studies show that sonar pulses damage the hearing organs of whales and dolphins, can interfere with their ability to navigate, mate and find food, and have caused whales to strand themselves on shore.

The Navy says its voluntary safeguards protect marine mammals. Those safeguards include the posting of lookouts and requirements to reduce sonar when vulnerable creatures are nearby.

But U.S. District Judge Florence-Marie Cooper of Los Angeles said in an August 2007 ruling that the protections were "woefully ineffectual and inadequate" and would leave nearly 30 species at risk, including five species of endangered whales. She also said the Navy had failed to show that a mandatory buffer zone on sonar use and other restrictions would disrupt training.

Cooper's injunction was modified by the appeals court to allow commanders to reduce buffer zones at crucial times in training. The injunction has been in effect since March, affecting several exercises in a series that began in January 2007.

The Supreme Court said Wednesday that Cooper and the appeals court had given too little weight to the Navy's concerns.

Roberts' opinion quoted top Navy officials as saying sonar training under realistic conditions would be hindered by the two restrictions they challenged: a requirement that sonar be shut off whenever a marine mammal is spotted within 2,200 yards, and a requirement to reduce sonic pulses by 75 percent during conditions in which underwater sound travels farther than usual.

Judges must defer to those expert assessments, the chief justice said, especially because the Navy has conducted sonar training for four decades "with no documented episode of harm to a marine mammal."

Dissenting Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, joined by Justice David Souter, said Cooper had properly used her authority under the environmental law after finding that unrestricted sonar use could harm thousands of creatures. Instead of conducting an environmental study as the law required, or asking Congress to change the law, Ginsburg said, the Navy undermined the law with a "self-serving report to an office in the White House" for an exemption.

WATCHING WHALES WATCHING US

The Whales are Acoustic oceanic mammals. Their primary means of communicating, navigating, locating food, and remaining healthy is through the use of sounds. Their sound frequencies are as necessary to them as breathing is to us. It is their lifeline.

As the oceans become busier with human machinery, the sounds are heard by the whales and are taken into account as they send their own tones into the ocean to contact their family members. Low flying planes, giant ships and underwater drilling are some of the signs of progress that contribute to noise in the ocean. The whales have been able to survive and increase in numbers as the ocean becomes more populated.

However, now they are faced with a technology that cannot be assimilated by them. It is deadly, causing a break down of communication, inability to find their migrational routes and their food sources. It is a sound frequency that makes them deaf and ultimately dead (if not immediately dead, depending on the proximity of the military sonar being directed at them.) When most whales die they sink to the ocean floor and no one knows the difference. Some whales to escape these painful and lethal sounds will swim to land in an attempt to get out of the water. This is called beaching. There they die as well.

The first consideration is, it is unethical to kill these magnificent beings. Secondly they contribute to the maintenance of the oceans by hosting small biological eco-systems on their bodies, such as barnacles. These they transport to different parts of the ocean, sloughing them off as they breach and enter different water temperatures. The whales then become the host for new barnacles that they carry to other parts of the ocean. Carrying these small biological entities to new locations and then depositing them in specific bodies of water, insures the well-being of the greater ocean and the sea life who feed on these crustaceans and hydroids. This is just one of the many ways that whales are essential for the balance of the oceans delicate interrelated sea life.

So when you hear that the whales need to live for the sake of our sustenance on Earth, do not take it lightly. It is true. The whales are essential for our survival. And to me, that is more important than preparing for the killing of a fabricated enemy and playing war games.

It's time to make Peace on the planet and stop making enemies.
